Upgrades the process-proxy dependency from 0.3.0 to 0.5.0. Refactors hooks-proxy to remove the hooksUsingStdin array and instead dynamically check for stdin connection, and updates argument handling for --to-stdin. Cleans up related code in with-hooks-env.
