When resizing on the main window on macOS it leaves trailing white bars #21548
Description
The problem
When shrinking the window as shown in the following video, the resized window takes a bit to refresh and leaves a trailing white bar. The bars always appear on the right side or bottom of the window.

Steps to reproduce the behavior
Using Dark Mode as appearance.
- Open GitHub Desktop
- Resize window by dragging any side or corner
Additional context
It is also shown in Light mode, but is less obvious there.
