The feature request

When looking at the list of commits, I like to use gravatars to see at glance who's been working on what:

This becomes harder when co-authors are shown first, instead of main author:

This is increasingly the case with all sorts of AI tools tagging themselves into each PR.

Proposed solution

I suggest flipping the image order: show the main author first, fully visible, and the co-authors beneath that image.

That's how they're listed in commit-message as well.

Expanding and hover-cards can then continue work as today:
