The feature request

Currently, GitHub Desktop allows users to set only one default external editor to open repositories. This feature enhancement proposes to offer users the ability to choose from multiple external editors according to their preferences and workflow requirements.

Proposed solution

Addition of External Editors: Implement a feature that enables users to add multiple external editors to the preferences list. Ideally as I use pycharm and vs code it would be good if when you right click on the repo, there would be an option to open the respository in more than one IDE / editor.
