Describe the feature or problem you’d like to solve

I have several repositories in GitHub Desktop. Many of them contain code which I like to edit in Visual Studio Code. Others contain Markdown files which I want to edit in Typora. However, at the moment I can only set one external editor to be used for all repositories.

Proposed solution

Add the ability to select another editor for a specific repository, similar to the way the Git config is handled.

Additional context

For reference, here is a screenshot of the Git config page in the settings for one repository.

This would be a good place to add an additional section called "editors" where I can either choose to use the global default editor or select another one just for this repository.
