With the introduction of RGAA, some rules that are marked as best-practice should also be listed as part of RGAAv4. This is the first time a standard has applied to a best practice rule, and there are a lot of problems that can occur in order to work with this. This ticket is to track the work that will be required in order to allow a best practice rule to also be attributed to different standards.
