I dismissed the alerts from the spelling corrector, as they were mistakes done in the titles of the PRs, some of them are well (as far as I know) and some others are mistakes that we will not change in the title (as it's the commit message and we can't/shouldn't change that). Maybe we should add CHANGELOG.md to .github/actions/spelling/excludes.txt ? |

This PR prepares version of the release/0.30-stable branch, so we can publish the release once this is approved and merged.
Testing
All the tests should pass, except for some generators tests, that will fail because the gems and NPM packages have not
been actually published yet (as in sent to rubygems/npm).
You will see errors such as
No matching version found for @decidim/browserslist-config@~0.xx.yin the CI logs.
