🎩 What? Why?
While reviewing the bug report #10495, I noticed that we are using a mixed formatting of the words "can't" and "cannot".
These are interchangeable but we should be consistent with their use. The format "cannot" is more formal and also "cannot" is more common compared to "can not" according to Merriam-Webster, which is why I'm suggesting to use that format.
