Describe the bug
When there are more projects than the page can display at once, they are splited in multiple pages.
But when the order is defined as most voted, and there are multiples pages, they are not diplayed in the good order

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a budget page
2. Add enough project to overstep the limit (usually 12)
3. Click on the "Most voted" order (you may need to enable the "show votes" option)
4. See error

Expected behavior
It should be coorectly displayed
