Describe the bug
As a user, when I edit my initiative, I notice that the modification form of my initiative is different from the creation form. Indeed there are some extra fields which can be confusing. For instance, the hashtag and signature collection type fields are displayed (while they are not when I create my initiative).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create an initiative
2. Click on 'Edit my initiative'
3. Scroll down to the modification form
4. See the extra fields that are displayed

Expected behavior
In the initiative modification form, I want the same fields displayed that in the initiative creation form.
