Describe the bug
When accessing Metadecidim from Chrome, the prompt to install the app is repeatedly displayed even though push notifications are disabled.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Access meta.decidim.org from Chrome
2. Browse the site and make a few clicks
3. See the prompt

Expected behavior
The expected behavior is that the message appears only once and is not displayed again.
