Describe the bug
Right now is not working the autocomplete when you are in a different locale that you set the organization. if you set catalan as the default locale, and you search in the autocomplete in an other language (english) is not working properly.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set a language as a default locale for the organization
2. Navigate in the admin in a different language
3. Go to a voting space an try to set a new guarantee.
4. See the autocomplete is not working properly

Expected behavior
I expected that autocomplete works in all locales.
