Describe the bug
When you create a Speaker for a Conference, if you add an Avatar for that Speaker. Then on the Public Page that Speaker will appear without no Avatar.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a Conference
2. For that Conference create a Speaker
3. Add an Avatar image for that Speaker
4. Click on View Public Page
5. See error, the Conference Speaker have no Avatar.

Expected behavior
After adding an Avatar for a Conference Speaker, this Speaker should appear with an Avatar on the public page.
