Describe the bug
When moderating a comment within the Consultations space, it returns a message saying that you do not have permissions to perform the action, even if the person doing it is an admin.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to 'https://meta.decidim.org/questions/QuotaSociesIndividuals'
- Go to any comment and click on 'Report'
- See error
Expected behavior
I'd expect to be able to moderate the comment, as in any other space on the platform.
