Describe the bug

When I fill an event description field, I can skip lines, but on the event page, the whole description is in one block. This only happens for meeting form. For proposal form, after each paragraph, a new line is added.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to "Meetings" page
2. Click on 'New meeting"
3. Add some text in "Description field" (make sure that you also include empty lines)
4. Complete the form
5. Meeting's description will contain all the text but without any new/empty line

Expected behavior

• To add new line after paragraphs when enrich text is disabled
