Some videoconferences providers have lots of elements in their default UI and that brings too much noise to the current Decidim design.

Describe the solution you'd like
To have a bigger default layout wrapper when entering a videoconference.

Describe alternatives you've considered
To have another kind of integration (for instance with Javascript APIs) that would allow us to have much better control, but this is out of the budget of the current development.

By default this is the BigBlueButton UI:

Acceptance criteria

• As a visitor when I enter a videoconference, Decidim UI changes and the wrapper layout is wider
