As the Monitoring Committee President, I want to be able to view and validate the electoral closure certificates (see "Fill in a web form the results" (ref V-PGMF.09)).

I want to see and browse all these digital certificates, being able to:

• search by Polling Station
• search by Polling Station Officers
• search by Location of the Polling Station
• search by Status (if signed or not)

I also want to see the pictures of the physical electoral closure certificate (see "Capture a picture of the physical electoral closure certificate" (ref V-PGMF.11)).

If one of these closure certificates doesn't add up I want to see an error message (see "Count the votes in the ballot box" - ref V-PGMF.06).

Finally, I need to be able to validate that the emailed physical electoral closure certificate is the same as the one that is in the picture, and if not I should be able to add a note or change status to "with incidents".

This panel will be accessible in the administrator panel, so it's easier to implement and we don't have duplication issues (like having two times the same actions/filters in the frontend and in the backend). This Role will only have access to this panel and these actions (for instance, she will not have access to Participatory Processes or other spaces, and she will not be able to change questions in an Election or the description of the Voting).

• As the Monitoring Committee President, I want to be able to see all the closing electoral certificates
• As the Monitoring Committee President, I want to search by Polling Station
• As the Monitoring Committee President, I want to search by Polling Station Officers
• As the Monitoring Committee President, I want to search by Location of the Polling Station
• As the Monitoring Committee President, I want to search by Status (if signed or not)
• As the Monitoring Committee President, I want to see the pictures of the physical closing electoral certificate
• As the Monitoring Committee President, I want to validate the closing electoral certificates
• As the Monitoring Committee President, I want to have a way to add notes to closing electoral certificates
• As the Monitoring Committee President, I want to have change status to closing electoral certificates: "Verified correctly" or "Verified with errors"
• As the Monitoring Committee President, I will only have access to this panel and actions
