For admins, it's quite difficult to manage results when there are a lot of entries.
What it is right now, no search bar, no ordering option, no nothing

What the proposal index looks in the admin, it has all these things

Describe the solution you'd like

Like proposals add :

• Search box (ID, title)
• Filters (category, scope)
• Dropdown menu to select the number of entries by page
• And add 2 columns to the table : categories and publication date
