I'm helping set up a Decidim instance for use in the City of Seattle's budgeting process. As part of this, we want to make sure Decidim is translated into the languages commonly spoken by residents, most of which are not currently in Crowdin.

We'd like to add:

• Chinese (traditional)
• Chinese (simplified)
• Vietnamese
• Korean
• Amharic
• Oromo
• Tigrinya
• Somali

I would also appreciate if my Crowdin user (shirgoldbird) could be added to those teams to help manage the translations. Thanks!
