Step to reproduce:

• Add [large] attachement file to element (assembly, process etc.), skip description, and upload.

While I was uploading an attachement to an assembly, an error occured because they were no description in the file form. But file seems to be uploaded, and error checked after file upload. Could be nice to have some js or check from server side before file upload.

P.S.: What append for the file uploaded or error ? Seem to be uploaded on the server and taking place
