Include additional verification tags (maybe this is not the correct technical term on the platform architecture). Among the new forms of verification we need SMS code verification and also verification by a code sent by postal mail.

Implementation details of this verification need to be discussed:

1. In order to preserve privacy the best verification procedures could be to create a list of valid codes? This opens the door to a security risk if someone has access to the verification code generator (but this can avoided with 2).

2. These verification methods add on top of municipal census registry, only users already verified against the registry can opt for a better verification?

3. SMS verification is more or less standardized on other platforms. How is this implemented?
