As a participatory space administrator I want to be able to import proposals as options to vote for a given question. The proposals would be selected with the Accepted criteria. These new proposals will be called Answers.

Acceptance criteria

• As a participatory space administrator I can import all the proposals to an election
• As a participatory space administrator I can import only the accepted proposals to an election
