🎩 User Story
Component used primarily in the diagnostic and return phases of participatory processes. It combines different formats of questions (closed, open, valuation, etc.) to create and execute a survey among users.
A token of the component is activated in a phase of a Process. The admin chooses the title of the survey, a short description and to whom it is addressed (all citizens, only followers/participants of the process, registered or verified users). The questions are created with a poll creation form and are automatically numbered. All questions are displayed in the same page. Each question has a title, a descriptive text, and belong to a question-type. There are 4 question types:
Entry text (short)
Entry text (long)
Multiple choice single answer (radio)
Multiple choice multiple answer (checkbox)
After question type is selected, multiple choice options are required to be filled.
When a user submits a response the numerical survey results are displayed.
Results can be downloaded in a csv file from the admin panel.
