Describe the bug
The cost field of the proposals shows the currency symbol depending on the language.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to http://staging.decidim.codegram.com/processes/deleniti-enim/f/12/proposals/8?locale=en
2. Switch to 'Catalan'
3. See the curreny change

Expected behavior
I expect the currency is the same in all languages.
