Describe the bug
When I hover over the answer proposal icon I see "Show proposal" and it should say "Answer proposal"

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to http://staging.decidim.codegram.com/admin/participatory_processes/id-delectus-scope/components/73/manage/'
2. Hover over the answer icon
3. See tootlip

Expected behavior
I'd expect to see the tooltip "Answer proposal"
