User story

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a new role user, when an administrator assigns me I don't receive any kind of notification that I have a new role assigned. For instance, when I'm assigned as:

  • an Administrator to a Participatory Process
  • a Moderator to an Assembly
  • a Collaborator to a Participatory Process

Describe the solution you'd like
To receive an email and a notification that I've been assigned this new role.

  • Receive an alert

Acceptance criteria

  • When an admin creates a new Administrator role for a Participatory Process, Assembly or Conference, the participant should receive an email
  • When an admin creates a new Collaborator role for a Participatory Process, Assembly or Conference, the participant should receive an email
  • When an admin creates a new Moderator role for a Participatory Process, Assembly or Conference, the participant should receive an email
  • When an admin creates a new Valuator role for a Participatory Process, Assembly or Conference, the participant should receive an email
