User story

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As an administrator there are some cases where I don't want to show the Assemblies organization chart, as this is something that depends on the organization.

Describe the solution you'd like
As an administrator, I want to be able to manage the visibility of the organization chart. For doing this we would also need a section to manage the general Settings of the Assemblies (this page doesn't exists at the moment). By default this setting is going to be enabled ("Enable organization chart")

Describe alternatives you've considered

• To have this setting on the general configuration
• To have more options on the type of chart (ie a Pyramid Organization)

Additional context
Right now it's being hidden by programmers or really technical administrators by modifying the CSS (#assemblies-chart{display:none;}) or changing the HTML template.

Acceptance criteria

• As an administrator I can disable the visibility of the organization chart
• As an administrator I can enable the visibility of the organization chart
