User story
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As an administrator, sometimes I need to prepare Surveys that are really long (more than 20 questions). This is really frustrating as a participant as I see all the questions on the same page and it demotivates me. Also as a participant some Surveys don't look good on mobile navigation.
Describe the solution you'd like
As an admin, I want to be able to:
- group questions by sections and generate a page for each section to improve navigability, with an indicator of the section where you are.
- see the different parts separately to facilitate the understanding of the survey
- add titles for a group of questions (or sections) or for a question
As a participant, I want to have improvements when answering a survey:
- Improve the design of the questions and answers: increase the font size, improve legibility, make better use of the horizontal space and make it responsive.
Describe alternatives you've considered
To have other ways of navigating through the answers of a Survey (like "every question is a section") but it makes sense to have groups of questions by type.

Does this issue could impact on users private data?
Yes, as this is on Surveys and there could be Personal Data on these Surveys. We should be specially careful with the cases where a Participant started to fill a Survey but didn't finish all the steps (so the Terms of Services aren't accepted). On these cases we should show a warning if the participant try to close the tab or change the page to say that "You're leaving this form without answering all the questions. Your answers are not going to be saved".
