Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As an administrator I want to see the "Organization metrics" even if there aren't active on the Homepage Content Block.
Describe the solution you'd like
To be able to see the "Organization Metrics" in the administration panel. It should also include data on the number of people who have selected each type of interest (based on scopes and areas).
Describe alternatives you've considered
To have the "Organization metrics" on other page of the admin panel (their own page as we do with Administration Log)
