User story

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As an administrator there are sometimes where I need to contact a participant directly but the she could have the email notifications deactivated so she'll never receive it.

Describe the solution you'd like
To be able to see a given participant email only as an administrator. This information will be available only for this role. On click I'll get a "mailto:" link.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• To have a column of every participant's email, but this isn't nice for privacy reasons (why do I have to see other emails if I only need one?)
• To override the participant's profile mail notification settings

Does this issue could impact on users private data?
Yes, this is about e-mail data of the participants. This should only be possible to do as general administrator of the platform.

Acceptance criteria

• As an administrator I can see the email of a given Participant on admin panel with a modal after clicking on the button
• As an administrator I can see on the Admin activity dashboard that X admin has requested to see the email of Y participant
