Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

As a Participant when I go to view the results of a Budgets it's not clear which Projects are the ones that have received more votes.

Describe the solution you'd like

After the voting step has finished as a Participant I can see the Projects ordered by votes. At the moment we only see the votes without order.

Describe alternatives you've considered

There aren't much alternatives as this is necessary to have consistency with other components (Proposals on this case).
