As a Participant when I'm voting on Budgets I need to confirm the vote, but it's not clear

Describe the solution you'd like

As a quick fix, to show an error if a Participant is closing the page without saving with the onbeforeunload event.

Describe alternatives you've considered

To have a better and more clearer design on Budgets voting.

Also it'd be nice to have the button to confirm at the bottom (or even the progress bar at the bottom?)

Additional context

• "After I selected the projects I wanted to support, I had not notice that I had to confirm my choices for my vote to be saved" => we observed that 20% to 25% of participants don't go through with the confirmation process for every participatory budget we are involved with.
