Describe the bug
In the admin panel there are new filters to filter proposals according to several criteria: Type, Status, Scope, Category and Assigned Valuator.
The last 3 filters do not show values but numbers (presumably the IDs?)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any participatory process in the admin panel and click on the component 'Proposals'
2. Click on 'Filter > Scope
3. See error

On a side note, please review these design issues

Expected behavior
As an admin I expect to see the values of each of the filters
