User story
As a participant, I want to be able to endorse and follow a blog post.
The endorsement functionality is active only for proposals. but to promote full social network style communication within the platform it would be very valuable if this action was available in other components, the blog being next on the priority list.
It is proposed to refactor the endorsements, so it can be applicable to any type of content of the platform as has been done with the action of "Follow" or "Comment".
