Extend the capabilities of the Quill text editor

User story

As a participant I want to have more options for text editing in the frontend, being able to add links and apply predefined styles to texts.
As an admin I want to have more options for text editing in the backend, being able to add links and apply predefined styles to texts.

Tasks

  • Add internal setting in the general configuration options, to configure if the editor is displayed on the frontend. Disabled by default.
  • Add editor "toolbar" to the public view of components: proposals and debates
  • Add editor "toolbar + styles" to the backend view of components: meetings, budgets, results and debates
  • Review what actions require HTML code cleanup, e.g. when exporting proposals
