Describe the bug

The step of "creating" an initiative is limited to a maximum of characters.

The other steps, as compares, are not limited to a maximum of characters and you can add more characters.

I expect the bug is that the "create" step should not be limited to characters, because to explain an inciativa you need a lot of text.

If not, I excpect the step "create" tell me what error I am doing (warn about the character limitation).
