Describe the bug

1. The activity stream (e.g. https://meta.decidim.org/last_activities) or the timelines (e.g. https://meta.decidim.org/profiles/xabier/timeline) do not display the proposals (and probably other contents), I can only see comments.
2. I expect all types of content to display both on the personal timelines and global activity streams.
3. I found this bug on meta.decidim v.0.16 and I suspect it is a bug of this last version, since there are proposals prior to the 23rd of December (last upgrade) that are displayed.
