@arnaumonty

Description

@arnaumonty

This is an EPIC to improve aspects in the administration of the initiatives.

Summary

The process to administrate the initiatives need to be enhanced by improving the experience on their administration.

EPIC motivation

To enhance the usability on the administration panel in initatives section.

As an administrator in the Admin Panel I want to:

Initiatives list page

  • give an answer to an initiative, in the same way that we have in proposals. The answer it is printed below the description text of the initiative. The text must allow a minimum text editor that allows you to add links, bold, etc... (MVP)
  • to sort, alphabetically or numerically each field on initiative list (1st Iteration)

Initiative Information section (MVP)

Members Comitee section

  • The author of the initiative should appear by default as a member of the committee (MVP) (4661 initiative administration fixes #4861)
  • When the admin is in this section, the first level menu within the initiative disappear and it is replaced by the 1st level menu (Initiative and Initiative Type), and disapeear the other secondary menu (Information, Members, Components, Attachments) (BUG) (Fix admin initiatives participatory space layout #4849)
    Initative information page:

Components section

  • Within each component when the admin is in this section, the first level menu within the initiative disappear and it is replaced by the 1st level menu (Initiative and Initiative Type), and disapeear the other secondary menu (Information, Members, Components, Attachments) (the same that happens in Members Comité) (BUG) (Fix admin initiatives participatory space layout #4849)
  • Some of the components must be manageable for both an administrator and a promoter of an initiative, so each initiative should be able to grant administration permissions for a component within that initiative. (1st iteration)

Attached files section

  • Within each component when the admin is in this section, the first level menu within the initiative disappear and it is replaced by the 1st level menu (Initiative and Initiative Type), and disappear the other secondary menu (Information, Members, Components, Attachments) (the same that happens in Members Comité) (BUG) (Fix admin initiatives participatory space layout #4849)

Users and Moderation sections (Missing)

  • We should create the following menu sections working in the same way as assemblies or processes: (MVP) (4661 initiatives moderation #4878)
    • Moderation: in the moderation page all the content that is reported is managed, in this case in the comments within the initiative.
    • Users: On the initiative's users page we should see the roles assigned in the initiative.

The administration of an initative from front-end (1st Iteration)

[This part needs design]
When someone create an iniciative is converted in administratior of its initiative.
Bring the administration of the initiative by a user should have the same design and expeirence that we have in user groups.

Story

  • Visualize on the initiatives list page, "my initiatives" with a filter and the state in which they are (in evaluation). The filter exist but it should show the no-published initiatives.
  • To have a section in a new tab or below the initiative, a management page of the initiative, as if it were one more component and that will be called "Manage" or followed by actions on the main page of the initiative.
  • The main page of the initiative will indicate the state of the initiative (published, pending of evaluation , closed, etc...) (4661 initiative administration fixes #4861) (MVP)
  • From the main page of the initiative as a promoter of an initiative I have to see the following of actions that I can do:
    • Edit my initiative, as long as it has not been sent to technical and / or published validation.
    • Add private attachments
    • Manage the members of the committee
    • Manage the blog and meeting components once the initiative has been published.
    • Send to technical validation
    • Print the sun
