Describe the bug

1. What went wrong?
   When using a narrow tablet portrait screen, the proposal card is broken as shown in the attachment. The progress bar spans below the button.

2. What did you expect to happen?
   I would expect the layout not to break on tablet portrait view.

3. Where did you find this bug?
   Default Decidim theme at Metadecidim.
