We're finding that many features in Proposal are once and again appearing for new entities like Collaborative Draft, ParticipatoryText, Amendment, and many others that may appear in the future.
Describe the solution you'd like
Consensus decisions must be taken in order to evolve Decidim to the next level of features.
Describe alternatives you've considered
We hesitate on what is best:
- to abstract common features into concerns and create new models that reuse this concerns,
- or to tweak the Proposal model by adapting it to also support the new features (in this case all new entities will be developed into Proposals).

I'm adding this comparative of which features will reuse each entity:
