Describe the bug
Seems like in English translation, "scope" is the same as "area".

To Reproduce
root -> activemodel -> attributes -> question -> decidim_scope_id
English: Municipal area

However, there's also:

Catalan: Àmbit participatiu
English: Participatory scope

Catalan: Abast
English: Scope

Catalan: Àrea
English: Area

Expected behavior
I expected one-to-one correspondence.
