This is a feature proposal to have a better compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
We need to send a new email to all the users that have marked the newsletter checkbox. They should receive an email where they opt-in to keep being on the newsletter. We should keep track which users have clicked on this button on the email (as they opted in), and unmark the newsletter checkbox to all that didn't click on it.
