We got returns from clients and users about how the CGU are displayed in the registration form. Since the field does not use the title of the page, e.g. "Terms and Conditions", and there is not label, and the check-box "By signing up you agree to the terms and conditions of use" is not directly under the lopd-text field, it is not really clear what this big chunk of text is about.

Barcelona uses a second title when filling the terms-and-conditions page which makes it a bit more understandable but still the UX could use some improvement.
Describe the solution you'd like
- Add a label "Terms and conditions" to this field
- Put "accept the terms and condition" checkbox before the "newsletter" checkbox
