🎩 Description

For bug reports:

• What went wrong?

When creating an area (in the organisation settings), creating a duplicate with the exact same names in all locales (but not necessarily the same area type) will lead to a blank page. The area will not be created.

• What did you expect should have happened?

Either show an error message on the form or after clicking on Create.

• What was the config you used?

Decidim 0.10

• What stacktrace or error message from your provider did you see?

For feature proposals:

• What is the use case that should be solved. The more detail you describe this in the easier it is to understand for us.
