🎩 Description

In order to make proposal management easier, several improvements in the proposals' admin panel should be made.

• Sort by ID
• Sort by title
• Sort by votes
• Sort by status
• Sort by creation date
• Sort by number of comments

Note: Some of the columns might not be already there. In that case, we should add them. In the case of status and creation date, they should be visible anytime. In the case of votes, only when enabled at that particular step.
