Describe the bug
When I hide a proposal (e.g. after a report is made), the proposal is hidden, but the comments on that proposal are not.
The impact of this is that you still see the comments in the user profile and in the activity stream of Decidim, but it's linked to a dead link (as the proposal has been hidden).
This is for us an issue as they are being used for spamming.
To Reproduce
- Report a proposal which has comments
- Go to the back-end and hide the proposal
- Check to see whether the comments are still visible on the user profile of the user who created them, and the activity stream
Expected behavior
I would expect that hiding a proposal would hide the comments, too. There's no reason to keep showing comments for a hidden proposal, I don't think, because you can't actually access them and in our case, it's allowing spammy content to stay on our site.
Screenshots

This user is blocked and the proposal is hidden, but the comments they made still show on their profile.

They also show in the activity stream
