As an admin, currently if I want to define process types or assemblies I have to do it from different places. In the case of processes from Processes > Process types and in the case of Assemblies from Assemblies > Assembly types.

As admin, I want to define these taxonomies from the new taxonomies section in the general settings.

Acceptance criteria

• Given I'm an admin, when I access the taxonomies sections in general settings, then I should be able to create a specific taxonomy for space types.
• Given the space types taxonomies is in use, when I navigate to Processes or Assemblies, then I should not see separate sections for managing types.
