This breadcrumb items may be set wrong. Can you check ?

This controller is being used as parent controller for Decidim::Assemblies::Admin::ImportsController and other spaces. This controller is being used in the "Import proposals from file", and to me, it would make more sense to convert the breadcrumb from :

Processes / Process Name / Import / Components /

to:

Processes / Process Name / Components / Proposals / Import

This could be extracted to a separate ticket, as improvement.
