Describe the bug

When I hover over an item in the menu that has a drop down, the hover is not active over the name, just over the arrow.

To Reproduce

1. Go to https://alpha.try.decidim.org/assemblies/buzz
2. Hover over "Buzz Lightyear" in the menu

Expected behavior

I would expect the drop down menu to show up when hovering the name, not only the arrow.
