Describe the bug
The newly created initiative link used anonymously in another browser or device produces strange front end UI/Design.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to initiatives and begin the process of creating an initiative.
2. On the step where the link is created, copy this and paste it to a new browser (anonymous or incognito).
3. Open the link on the new device or separate browser.
4. See error in the UX/design not properly addressed.

Expected behavior
Opening the link should display the UX/design properly.
